Dear 888ladies Soap Fans

I have just spoken to a pair of our winners of the 888ladies Soap Awards After Party, SusieJ and billnben1! They were both worse for wear but were able to muster enough strength for me, Agent008, to conduct a short interrogat….I mean interview…..

First of all I spoke to SusieJ who sounded like someone that the cat dragged in…..

Agent: So, it sounds from your voice that you had a good time, how would you rate it?

SusieJ: Oh yes, I had a great time, 10/10!! But I am aching all over now from dancing!

Agent: (Laughs) So who did you see, which celebrities were there?

SusieJ: Mainly the Hollyoaks lot, which is good as that is the only one I am able to watch. I also saw Dean Gaffney and Michael Greco who used to be in Eastenders. I got loads of photos though of everyone; the winners, the soap actors, the hosts from 888ladies - they are all going in my online scrapbook! I didn’t think that I would get enough material but i got loads!

Agent: Can you send them to me too please?

SusieJ: Of course! I might need some help from my son but sure…

Agent: Who were the nice celebrities?

SusieJ: Louise who was from Hollyoaks was the nicest, I think that she was murdered (in Hollyoaks) earlier in the year…..

SusieJ: Let me tell you something though, whilst I was out I was was winning the Jackpot on 888ladies!! I won £450!! Also, I have a cure for my arthritis – vodka and Red Bull! I danced all nice on that and was very worse for wear!!

I then spoke to billnben1 who had traveled down to London with his wife and son and then had gone onto the 888ladies Soap Awards After Party. Here is what he had to say:

Agent008: So did you have a good time?

billnben1: Yeah, from what I can remember….I am still recovering! Fantastic though!

Agent008: So are you in your better half’s bad books then as she didn’t get to go….?

billnben1: Actually my son was more upset as he loves Hollyoaks. I managed to get a lot of pictures for him once I remembered to take them after 2am…..

Agent008: Can you send them to me too?

billnben1: Sure, I got loads of the Hollyoaks lot, and some great ones of the other winners.

Agent008: What about you?

billnben: I looked at the ones of me and I look wasted!

Agent008: LOL! Ok send me ones at your discretion!

billnben1: Had a good time though, spoke to Michael Greco and drank vodka and Red Bull and some champagne. It was a great night.

My Dear 888ladies

The next exciting chapter of the 888ladies Housewives drama has just come in! kirstiesmom will receive 250 Soap Points for this effort whilst the ever excellent cbrazel will get 100 Soap Points for her version. As the 888ladies Soap Awards After Party competition is fast coming to an end, the next chapter will be for good, old-fashioned LPs!

For every entry for the next part that will follow on to kazkirst’s clever and funny version, below, there will be 1,000Lps! The winning next episode will earn the story writer a fantastic 3,000LPs – that’s 3 quid more of lovely 888ladies bingo!!

Here is the next part of the 888ladies saga for your pleasure!:

“Its for you love.” as sumfin4nuffin answered, the voice on the telephone rasped a plea, “Please help me! I’ve lost my memory I can’t remember who is getting the award tonight at the soap awards…”
Sumfin4nuffin was about to reply when suddenly she remembered agent’s warning.
“Nice try agentchicken but I’m afraid you’ve tried it on with the wrong person,
I’m an 888 lady you’ll have to try harder than that to fool one of us!”
Slamming down the phone sumfin4nuffin chuckled to herself.
“Now to prepare, where did I put that check list?” As sumfin4nuffin searched her draws she exclaimed “Whoop whoop!” as she found her list of things to do before the big night.
1) Play a game at 888’s (just to get in the party spirit better have a glass of wine).
2) Run a nice bath with loads of scented bubbles.
3) Shave legs (CH Kristian might just be on his own and needing company!)
4) Have another glass of wine (just to calm the nerves!)
5) Check for any winnings on 888 and pre-buy games (Don’t miss out on winning the big one!)
6) Make up, Hair, dress and perfume.
Following the list sumfin4nuffin arrived at the door just as the gleaming limo pulled up out side.
“Don’t wait up honey I could be very late!”

As the driver opened the door for sumfin4nuffin to enter the limo she thought she saw a feather on his suit.
“No It Can’t possibly be ……. Can It?”

My Dear 888ladies

As we can see, soap operas are very important to you all, but how much?

We want to hear your soap-related stories!! Have you named your kids after soap stars? Is there a little Kylie or Jason in the house? Have you missed a birth, wedding or funeral to watch your favourite soap? Have you got injured because of a soap?

You will get 250 Soap Points for writing a true soap-related experience via the blog and if you send in the best one as chosen by yours truly, the Agent, you will get a mega 1,000 Soap Points!!!

So, I look forward to reading how you Corrie, Enders, Neighbours, Home & Away, Crossroads, Brookside, Emmerdale etc etc etc have in some way affected you in a very lasting and/or funny way!

Good Day my favourite little story writers!

I had an interesting read of all the next chapters for the 888ladies Housewives Soap!

Once again, the next task for me as the Producer of our soap is to chose the next chapter of our story and despite there being 5 entries, it was a very hard task! However, I have chosen hemsweller’s chapter which is below. She has got herself 75 SPs whilst the other four entrants:cbrazel, forumme, wellworn and xxtiaxx all get 25SPs each!

Here is your next chapter:

“I know just what to do first with some of the money,” said sumfin4nuffin. ”Get dressed quick hubby!”

So off they went down to the computer shop to buy two brand new lappys. When they got home they set them up and sat down. ”Right hubby you pick a holiday on yours and I’ll get back to playing bingo.“ Hubby soon found a holiday and sumfin4nuffin carried on playing bingo.

“Hubby will you please buy my holiday clothes online for me? I’m too busy playing!”

”Darlin’ please can we go shopping for some food I’m starving?”

“No!” Said sumfin4nuffin, “I’m too busy, do it online and while you’re at it buy me a suitcase please″

“Ok, what colour?”

“Well pink of course.”

“We are going to have to watch the bank balance with all this shopping online and you playing bingo all the time.” Hubby said.

Sumfin4nuffin replied, ”Don’t worry about it, I’ve got plenty! Oh and can you pack my suitcase for me ’cause we leave in the morning?””

“Ok Love but I’m off to bed early, see you in the morning. We have to leave at 10am for the airport”.

Sumfin4nuffin carried on playing bingo. At 2am a taxi pulled up at the end of the street and there waiting was sumfin4nuffin, lappy in one hand and suitcase in the other.”

“Where to love?” the taxi driver asked.

”The airport please as fast as u can, hubby thinks i won a share of the Jackpot on 888ladies but i won the lot so I’m off on holiday on my own!”

So off she went leaving hubby in bed oblivious to her plans. Arriving at the airport she saw a strange man watching her, then he approached her.

”I’ve been waiting for you to arrive said the handsome stranger, 888ladies needs you to go on an urgent mission, are you up for it?”

Sumfin4nuffin stood there gobsmacked and replied breathlessly. ”Oh My God Agent yes please,  what would you like me to do ………?

NOW you have to write the next chapter following on from this BUT THIS TIME THERE WILL BE 100SPs250SPs for the winning entry! You have until Sunday to get this chapter in, after that i will ask for a further chapter. per entrant and

I think that we ALL had a really great time in the Eastenders v Coronation Street quiz yesterday. Here is the First Episode of “888ladies Bingotown” (which you have to rename!)

It is the evening of the £8,888 Guaranteed Jackpot draw and roomie sumfin4nuffin  is playing on 888ladies. She has a glass of bubbly in her hand and a plate of biscuits on the table when suddenly all the power in her house goes out!
“Hubby?!” she calls out into the darkness “I’m in the shower with soap all over!” he shouts back. The roomie then realises that she will have to solve this one on her own.  After all, the £8,888 game starts in a few minutes and she just can’t miss it! “At least I pre-bought my cards” she thought.

She grabs the banister in the pitch black and carefully steps downstairs to find a torch. As she lights it she follows the beam over to the fuse box. Lucky her mum’s boyfriend is an electrician – 8 minutes of fiddling later she is dazzled by the lights that came on. “Hurray!” she screams in joy.

Sumfin4nuffin then runs back upstairs, she knows her hubby is ok as he is singing Dylan’s ‘hallelujah’ under the streaming water. When she turns her computer back on, she realises she had missed the game and doesn’t know whether she has won or not. She sits there for a moment staring at the screen when the phone rings, startling her out of her chair. She grabs the phone – it’s the agent announcing her winning of the jackpot! At the sound of her shrieks her hubby comes storming out of the shower, all covered with foam, when he sees Sumfin4nuffin laughing her head off he runs over to hug her – he knows she has won £8,888!
