We are taking 888ladies to the next level – Twitter. This will be a brand new way to get the latest from 888ladies and for the first 100 roomies to follow 888ladies and then send us a message, ‘I love 888ladies on Twitter’, they will get an 888ladies Bumper Sticker!!!

What is Twitter?

I am sure that you have all heard of Twitter by now, some of you may even have at Twitter account. The simplest way to look at it is by comparing it to your status bar on Facebook e.g. James Dubleowate is looking for his new friends on Twitter

What do you need Twitter for?

Find out the latest news at 888ladies, UNIQUE Twitter-only promotions, competitions, missions, LPs & Bonus Codes! Find out where your favourite Chatsmen are! Twitter basically means more ways to win with 888ladies!!!

How to sign up and find 888ladies?

5 easy steps

1.    Go to http://www.twitter.com and click the green ‘Sign up now’ button!

2.    Enter your name and choose a unique name username to be seen by others. For us to know you are an 888lady, it would be cool if your Twitter username would consist of “888ladies” or just “ladies”, for example :agent008ladies. But remember – a Twitter name can ONLY be 15 characters long (letters and numbers) so you may have to be inventive. 

3.    Select a password, copy the two funny looking words in the box below and click on “Create my account”.

4.    You can choose to let Twitter check your email inbox to see which of your friends is already on Twitter or you can also invite friends who aren’t registered yet to join the 888ladies Twitter party! You can also choose to skip this step by click on “Skip this step” at the bottom of the page

5.    The next screen will show you a list of people you can follow. If you don’t want to receive updates on people you don’t know I suggest you deselect them by un-ticking the “Select all” box. Click “Finish” to move on.

Twitter Basics

•   To post a Twitter Message, under the ‘What are you doing?’ space at the top, write a message that is no more than 140 characters long.

•    To reply to a comment either click on the arrow to reply or write @hhfairyladies – the @ symbol means reply.

•   RT – retweet
The simplest way to think of it is it’s like forwarding an email. When you ‘forward’ a tweet, ‘RT’ automatically appears before the @reply of a person you are copying and reposting a tweet from. So if you want your roomies or teamies to take advantage of an offer from say the Agent, Chocolady or the Fairy, forward and ‘retweet’ it – they could do the same for you next time, let everyone know!

DM – Direct Messages

This is just like email on Twitter. There is a Direct Message tab. Direct Messages are only seen by YOU and the roomie you are sending it to, it is private. However, the 140 character limit is still imposed.
To write a direct message go to a user’s page by clicking on their username and click the message username link on the right sidebar.

I’m here!!!! I’m in Long Beach California, USA, waiting for our 4 elegant ladies to arrive, along with Tommy and Chica and let me tell you something – I’m soooooo nervous! I can’t wait to meet them!

We are staying at the very posh Hyatt Regency hotel, which is right by the amazing Long Beach port, with a great view of the historic ocean liner, The Queen Mary.

HOLA 888ladies & 888gents,

The MEAL OF THE DAY on the 22nd was “CEREAL”! This was decided by the roomies in Ladies First who agreed that any type of cereal could be used.

Time is up and the pictures are in. The winner of 4000 POINTS for best cereal picture goes to angelisticdevil!! Check out her picture below:

She used Kellogs Nutrigrain cereal and kiwi to represent 888 and she used chocolate lindt to spell ‘choco’ which of course represents me and I’m an 888lady, hehe. Very nice and very creative angelisticdevil! WTG hun mwahhhhhhhh!
