My dear 888ladies,

You know I love very very much. The 888ladies team is a highly devoted and loving team who takes care of you day and night, weekends and holidays. You are not just players to us – you are family, and I hope you know it. We have been trying to run a different bingo site over the last 2 years, a friendlier and a more welcoming site – to everyone.

I must say that your comments today really disappointed me. This is not how we’ve raised this family to be. We were always so proud of our fantastic members who are warm, inviting & ever hugging when it comes to embracing new members into our family. Today, I was surprised by your attitude towards new players.
All of us, at one point, were new players. We registered into a new site, funded our account and dreamed of the big wins to come (mine always involved the Brad Pitt Guaranteed Jackpot ).

As a new player, I would have been over the moon to win a huge promotion such as this. I mean – this would have probably been the reason of my joining in the first place.
